Rakshak the rhinoceros and his family, along with the many generations of family before him, have been living on the grounds of India’s Manas National Park. As of recently, he has begun to notice the sudden increase in tourism, more than the average amount, to the territory in which not only he and his family, but many other species reside. With the growth in visitation and rapid industrialization of the surrounding areas, clearance of the land has started to seep into the Rakshak’s natural habitat, closing further in on them. It is his job, as the head rhino of the family, to protect his home land from the expansion if he wants his family line to prevail. Through testing various methods he must figure out how to preserve the habitat from the tourism industry. By taking part in chasing off travelers, using various attacks, destroying safari landcruisers, cleaning up trash, and setting up physical defenses he will be able to make a difference. He relies on the strength of other animals as well to guard the region, such as the tigers, lions, monkeys, elephants, bucks and more in which he must learn to cooperate and work with to preserve the zone. He must push back the vacationists and their destructive character long enough to let the natural resources replenish and the pollution to subside until the busiest traveler season of the year is over all while maintaining stamina and power. His main goal is not only to keep the land protected during the period but to try and retaliate using forces to take back what was once his. It is time to get rid of the threat by taking a stand and facing off with the intimidating force. With his efforts he hopes to put a halt to the negative effects caused by the people.
